In my opinion, every NEATTA Officer and Board Member should make a pledge to support the club's mission of fostering
an appreciation for Antique Farming Equipment. This is the original purpose of the club when it formed as a non-profit
corporation in 2006 and this is the goal that we should be working toward.

For those of you who don't know, this is what the club is all about.

    Section 1:
The New England Antique Tractor & Truck Association is being formed to promote the appreciation of agricultural history, through the restoration and preservation of antique farm tractors, vintage and classic trucks, gasoline and oil engine, gas and steam tractors, farm machinery and other equipment of historical value, and making some of these available for public viewing.
    Section 2:
While the primary emphasis shall be initially on farm tractors and trucks,, related equipment at least thirty years old, in the interest of the club shall also include, but not limited to: associated toys, pictures, articles, garden tractors, walk behinds and the like.

The Harvest Festival and Tractor Show scheduled for tomorrow, Sept 30 at the historic
Franklin-Metcalf Farm has been postponed to Sunday, October 1. (Note: there was not
enough time to secure NEATTA insurance for the Sunday show so participants will be going
as individuals and not as NEATTA)

Courtesy post for Jim Schiessl of Hopkinton RI

"Hi Bev,  I have a few old ford tractors, and I am having a problem locating some one to work on them. I do a lot of the little stuff, but I have a couple of larger jobs that need to be done. I live in Hopkinton Rhode Island. Would you or someone up there know of someone down here that I could call ??"

If you can help Jim or know of someone who could help, please email him
Does anyone know of a contact person for the RI tractor club?

Hello Members,

Members bringing in a vehicle for show or for the pulls just need to enter at the back gate. You will not need a pass.
Try to be there at 10 am to set up.
